Dippel Adds Third ARCA Race With Lira Motorsports
Lira Motorsports is excited to announce that Tyler Dippel will have the opportunity to showcase his driving skills on pavement in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards. He has been added to the team’s driver lineup for the Federated Car Care Fall Classic 200 at Salem Speedway, and will race the number 38 car on the southern Indiana .555 mile track.
The Wallkill, NY High School Sophomore made his ARCA Racing debut with Lira Motorsports at the end of August, on the 1-mile clay oval at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. It has been previously announced that he’ll return to the team for the Southern Illinois 100 at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds on Labor Day.
“Tyler impressed us with his run at the front of the pack in Springfield,” commented Lira Motorsports Team Owner, Carlos Lira. “In addition to his many accomplishments racing dirt modifieds, he has found success racing on pavement as well. We feel that he will be a valuable addition to our team at Salem.”
Tyler will be part of a four-drive lineup for Lira Motorsports at Salem Speedway, joining ARCA Series Scott Rookie Challenge contender David Levine, ARCA International Motorsports Hall of Fame 200 winner Blake Jones, and Brandon Lynn, who will be making his ARCA Series debut.
The Federated Car Care Fall Classic 200 at Salem Speedway is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th.
