David Levine is the driver of the Lira Motorsports number 59 ARCA Racing Ford Fusion for 2015. The young, Highland Park, IL native has a history as a road course specialist, with experience in sports cars and open wheel formula cars, in addition to his growing stock car racing resume. 2015 is David’s first full year of ARCA Racing competition. He has spent the past three years competing in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. In 2013, he also drove the No. 43 in three ARCA Series races for the Richard Petty organization, capturing a top ten finish in the Scott 160 at Road America. David is a 2015 graduate of Furman University in Greenville, S.C. where he earned a B.A. in Communication Studies.Additionally, David is an ambassador for the American Heart Association, making in-person appearances at AHA fundraisers and managing his own Drive for Heart campaign.

Hometown: Port Orange, FL

Eighteen-year-old Port Orange Florida driver Michael Lira began racing in ARCA competition in 2013, finishing a career-best 7th at Salem. After four starts in 2013 and 11 more in 2014, he has collected multiple top-ten finishes and a career best qualifying effort of 4th in his superspeedway debut at Pocono. In addition to his ARCA experience, Michael has competed in the FASCAR Pro Truck Series and the Florida United Pro-Truck Series as well as in Pro-Late Model and Super Late Model competition. Michael’s racing resume also includes experience behind the wheel in SCCA and IMSA sports car competition. He began 2015 by racing in the prestigious Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Hometown: Sevierville, Tennessee

Blake’s racing career began in 2005 racing go-karts at Dumplin Valley Raceway, not far from his Sevierville, TN home. He captured 14 wins in 16 starts, winning both the championship and Rookie of the Year honors in his first year. He then successfully progressed through INEX Bandoleros and Legends, before making his way into Late Model Stock cars. In his first year of Late Model competition, Blake won the Late Model Stock track championship, and was named Rookie of the Year, at Lonesome Pine Raceway (VA). He competed in a combination of Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) Pro Cup events and NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock races between 2010 and 2014, recording multiple pole position qualifying efforts and race wins. Blake made his ARCA Racing Series debut in 2015 at the age of 18, quickly turned heads by winning the International Motorsports Hall of Fame 200 at Talladega Superspeedway in his second career start. Blake began driving for Lira Motorsports in July of 2015. He has had top ten finishes in his first two starts with the team at Iowa Speedway in July and Berlin Raceway in August.

Blake has been around fast cars his whole life and he had an early desire to be a race car driver and to eventually be a top driver in the NASCAR Cup Series. He also has a love for flying and earned his Private Pilots licenseat the age of 18. He spent the first few years after high school attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and is currently continuing his studies Daytona State College. He is an avid driver and received his certification at age 13. His dreams of becoming a race car driver began with carts and moved on to drifting. Blake received his NASCAR license in January 2015.

Blake had three top ten finishes in his first 4 starts in 2015.

Blake is a development driver with Lira Motorsports for the 2015 season.
